Job Summary: We are seeking a cook with experience in dish preparation, mise en place, and knowledge of Peruvian cuisine and pizza dough. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preparing menu dishes 2. Knowledge of Peruvian cuisine 3. Basic knowledge of pizza dough preparation Cook required Responsibilities: \- Labeling \- Mise en place \- Preparation of menu dishes \- BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices) \- Inventory Requirements: \- 1 to 2 years of cooking experience preferred \- Knowledge of Peruvian cuisine \- Basic knowledge of pizza dough preparation Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Education: * Technical certificate incomplete or in progress (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
