**REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Risk Prevention and Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience managing integrated SSOMA systems. * At least 2 years of proven experience in companies within the construction, housing, or multifamily real estate project sectors (essential requirement). * Solid knowledge in occupational risk prevention, internal audits, and regulatory compliance. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to handle management reports. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) on site, ensuring alignment with corporate and regulatory standards. * Prepare and present SSOMA management reports, analyzing accident rates, productivity, man-hours, and compliance with operational programs. * Manage the occupational risk plan, supervising preventive measures and ensuring reduction of incidents and accidents on site. * Coordinate the annual SSOMA training plan, reinforcing staff competencies on critical topics and promoting a safety culture. * Supervise the execution of the occupational health program, including prevention, medical follow-up, and control of work-related illnesses. * Evaluate the effectiveness of controls and internal audits, promoting continuous improvement and compliance with strategic objectives. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 37001, and 45001 standards, as well as institutional policies on ethics, transparency, and anti-money laundering. * Perform other duties assigned by management, aligned with the position framework and corporate objectives. **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll enrollment under general regime. * Competitive market-aligned compensation. * Full-coverage EPS and oncological insurance. * Corporate bonuses according to company performance. * Work location: Cercado de Lima and Surquillo. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. / Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site
