




Our company GRUPO BIZNES, currently growing, is currently looking for an experienced collaborator in BACK OFFICE for the telecommunications area **Position Objective** Provide operational and administrative support to collections departments, ensuring proper information management, data validation, transaction recording, and compliance with internal procedures, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and **Academic Background** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Desired: training in document management, data entry, or process analysis. **Required Experience** * Minimum of 6 **months of experience** in administrative tasks, operational support, or back office (ideally in banking, collections, or services). **Knowledge and Skills** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Excel** and **Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace** tools * Knowledge of **administrative processes, billing, or reconciliations** * Desired knowledge of **personal data protection** and **information security regulations** * Formal written communication and writing skills **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical ability and information handling * Responsibility and discretion * Teamwork and effective communication * Results-oriented and deadline compliance * Adaptability to operational changes **Main Functions** * Preparation, loading, and monitoring of alternative channels. * Handling responses from alternative channels * Manage tracking reports and process controls. * Safeguard sensitive information following personal data protection guidelines (Law No. 29733\). * Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports for management or supervision. * Participate in internal audits and process improvements. * Other duties inherent to the position SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm // Saturday 9 am to 12 pm Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,230\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
