We are a textile-sector company in expansion, seeking a **Strategic Commercial Analyst** to process and analyze business data, directly contributing to commercial decision-making. What will be your role? Provide support to the commercial area by analyzing and monitoring key business information, contributing to improved planning, control, and achievement of commercial objectives. What are we looking for? * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in commercial areas, sales analysis, or commercial support. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; BI tools knowledge is desirable. * Basic knowledge of sales analysis, inventory management, and report generation. * Experience in retail, fashion, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies is desirable. * Ability to work with KPIs and track performance results. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and update commercial reports on sales, stock, and product performance. * Monitor commercial KPIs and support sales forecasting. * Support inventory planning and control. * Assist in pricing, promotion, and product turnover analysis. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure execution of commercial initiatives. * Develop dashboards and insights for commercial decision-making. * Monitor competitors and market trends. * Maintain up-to-date commercial databases and ensure data quality. **What do we offer?** · Dynamic and challenging work environment · Market-competitive benefits **Compensation** · Between 2200 and 2500 (depending on experience) Salary: S/.2,200.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * What are your salary expectations? * How many years of experience do you have in commercial analysis?
