Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for the commercial team, responsible for designing, developing, and monitoring projects aimed at improving revenue from products and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the redesign of commercial processes and revenue generation models. 2. Establish critical indicators and propose corrective action plans. 3. Lead and propose the redesign of commercial processes and revenue generation models, ensuring scalability and alignment with the Network’s objectives. 2\. Establish and diagnose critical business indicators, identifying strategic deviations and proposing corrective action plans to maximize commercial productivity. 3\. Evaluate the impact and ROI of efficiency initiatives, ensuring projects deliver the expected financial value and leading necessary adjustments. 4\. Automate and lead the architecture of commercial dashboards, transforming complex data into actionable insights for management decision-making. 5\. Lead competitive intelligence and tariff benchmarking, formulating strategic pricing recommendations to strengthen Auna’s market position. 6\. Ensure and promote a culture of service and safety, leading by example in integrating compassionate care with profitability objectives. 7\. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. 8\.
