Bachelor's degree or graduated * Studies or specializations in economics, project management, or business * Be a Commercial Electrical Engineer. * Experience as a Commercial Electrical Engineer in low and medium voltage substations, preventive and corrective maintenance (minimum 2 years). * Have a client portfolio. * Maintain records of sales orders and issued projects with all relevant information. * Organize and properly and securely maintain statistical sales information in digital and/or printed formats. * Prepare technical and economic proposals for tenders within the stipulated time frame, following up on them until awarding of the contract. * Prepare documents for contract signing. * Carry out registration on private company platforms to participate in tenders. * Make technical inquiries and observations regarding project scopes that are unclear. * **Strategic Planning: Develops** and executes long-term strategic plans for the company, identifying market opportunities and defining the overall direction of the business. * **Commercial Management: Designs** and implements sales, marketing, and distribution strategies to achieve the company's commercial objectives. * **Operations Management: Optimizes** the company's production and logistics processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
