MISS LADY EIRL, a recognized women's fashion brand with over 10 years in the market, is looking for an E-commerce Manager with strategic vision, knowledge in digital marketing, and experience in online sales. If you are passionate about e-commerce, marketplaces, and digital campaign optimization, this position is for you. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience managing e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital sales platforms. * Advanced knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Paid Media, and conversion strategies. * Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, VTEX, or similar. * Experience managing products on marketplaces (Falabella, Ripley, Mercado Libre, among others). * Mastery of Google Analytics and monitoring KPIs for decision-making. * Ability to analyze, optimize, and continuously improve online sales strategies. * Availability for full-time or part-time work. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Management of Google Ads & Paid Media: Optimization of advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment. * Marketplace Management: Registration, uploading, and maintenance of products on marketplaces such as Falabella, Ripley, Mercado Libre, among others. * Monitoring of Indicators (KPIs): Tracking traffic, conversion rate, ROI, and other key performance indicators. * Optimization of the online store: Improvement of user experience and website usability. * Digital catalog management: Coordination with design and marketing teams to keep images and descriptions updated. * Growth strategies: Implementation of promotional campaigns, discounts, and actions to increase sales. * Coordination with internal departments: Logistics, customer service, and marketing to improve the online sales flow.
