Identification of cost-saving opportunities and cost optimization We invite you to join our recruitment process and become part of the team for one of our clients in the role of **Financial Analyst** On-site work mode, Monday to Friday from 9am \- 6pm and Saturday from 9am \- 1pm **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in financial analysis, management control, budgeting, or cost analysis. * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. * Power BI or other analytics and reporting tools experience is desirable (not mandatory). * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, sound judgment, and attention to detail. * Ability to work directly with Accounting, Management, and various company departments. **Responsibilities:** * Review and analyze **expenses across different departments**, identifying variances, overspending, or out-of-budget expenditures. * Prepare and monitor **monthly and annual departmental budgets**. * Periodically compare **budget vs. actual spending**, explaining major variances. * Track **investments and projects** at Castillo: budgeted amount, executed amount, pending balance, and progress. * Support evaluation and prioritization of new investments by conducting simple analyses of **profitability, return on investment, and cash flow**. * Prepare straightforward and executive financial reports for Management. * Coordinate with Accounting, Administration, Procurement, and other departments to validate financial information. * Identify opportunities for **cost savings, cost optimization, and control improvements**. * Maintain up-to-date financial information required for planning and decision-making. **Benefits:** * Bi-weekly payments * First 3 months as independent contractor (receipts for services), then transition to payroll Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Where do you currently reside?
