We are looking to hire a JUNIOR DATA ANALYST to help us optimize our logistics and operational processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate with different departments to obtain updated information (Excel, manual reports, physical records). * Standardize formats and validate the consistency of received data. * Build and update key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation, vehicle availability, punctuality, maintenance, productivity, among others. * Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for operational improvement. * Design and maintain dynamic control dashboards in Power BI and Excel. * Automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports. * Prepare executive presentations with conclusions and recommendations. * Propose solutions or actions based on quantitative analysis. * Provide analytical support to the transportation manager and supply manager during planning and evaluation meetings. * Maintain constant communication with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth information flow. * Demonstrate leadership and initiative in ensuring timely data delivery from other team members. **Requirements:** * Education: Graduate professional or technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, management control, or similar roles (ideally in transportation, logistics, or service companies), and experience consolidating data from scattered sources (without ERP). **Technical skills:** * Advanced Excel: * Proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, macros, Power Query. * Intermediate-to-advanced Power BI: dashboard design, data modeling, DAX. * Knowledge of management indicators (logistics, operational, and financial KPIs). **Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Effective communication and empathy with operational teams. * Leadership and assertiveness in requesting information and achieving objectives. * Proactivity and organization. **We offer:** * Competitive market-aligned salary.
