**Operations Analyst in Electrical Distribution \- Tacna** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Degree or licensed professional in Mechanical Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. · Active and valid professional license. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. · Knowledge of electrical sector regulations and **OSINERGMIN** inspection procedures. · Experience in management, operation, and maintenance of electrical distribution systems. · Experience in design and supervision of electromechanical projects. · Planning of electrical distribution systems. · Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (SIG). · Proficiency in technical software: **MS Office**, **MS Project**, **S10**, **AutoCAD**, **DLTcad**, **ETAP**, or **Digsilent**. · Use of geolocation equipment and associated software: **BaseCamp**, **MapSource**, **Global Mapper**. · Valid driver's license category **A\-I**. · Availability to work on-site in **Tacna**. · **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Prepare the weekly schedule of operation and maintenance activities for Illimo, based on the annual plan. · Develop the work plan for scheduled maintenance activities. · Supervise the execution of operation and maintenance activities in Illimo. · Prepare work reports and final reports, including settlement of completed maintenance activities. · Participate in the supervision of emergency activities in electrical systems. · Conduct feasibility inspections and issue reports for new supply requests. · Plan and supervise normalization (deficiencies) and improvement activities in medium and low voltage installations corresponding to the Illimo electrical system. · Update, control, and consolidate georeferenced data and inventory of electrical installations in the Tierras Nuevas and Illimo electrical systems. · Carry out specific activities not included in the maintenance program (FEN, among others). · Participate in the development and/or updating of work procedures for the area. · Participate in the preparation of the annual operations and maintenance budget. · Prepare and organize information related to procedure 228 (Safety in electrical installations) of Osinergmin corresponding to the Illimo electrical system. · Prepare the extended report for force majeure claims due to interruptions in the Illimo electrical system. · Efficiently manage resources allocated for maintenance activities. · Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations by team members and contractors. · Ensure compliance with company policies, internal standards, and internal work regulations. · Other duties assigned by immediate supervisors. **BENEFITS:** · Competitive market salary. · General regime payroll. · Food card. · EPS covered at 70%. · Transportation allowance.
