We work together with the joy of achieving the impossible. **Job Description** Supervise warehouse management, ensuring proper settlement, invoicing, order delivery, and handling of issues in the warehouse or during transit according to company guidelines, to meet agency performance indicators and maintain a positive work environment. * Manage inventories and FIFO control, as well as coordinate the organization and loading of trucks to ensure efficient delivery. * Settle transportation costs for the agency, handle documentation, and collect sales revenue to close the corresponding process. * Invoice daily orders, ensuring correct issuance and delivery of documents to the responsible team. * Control the agency's budget, OBZ, and freight expenses, and respond to WCS requirements to ensure visibility of job function compliance. * Oversee direct deliveries to traditional clients, wholesalers, and supermarkets, ensuring fulfillment of the agency's distribution coverage. * Ensure safety within the agency to prevent accidents during operations. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Basic English proficiency.
