In 2024, Sika’s approximately 33,000 employees generated annual sales of CHF 11.76 billion. **Job Description** * Lead the Product and Portfolio Strategy for the assigned Target Market, prioritizing actions to maximize profitability. * Manage the introduction of new products through local developments and/or imports, driving innovation in line with Sika’s quality standards. * Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and trends. * Develop technical and commercial tools (e.g., technical data sheets, case studies, videos, application guides) to drive sales. * Support the sales team and customers through technical assistance and specialized training. * Deliver practical Market and Product reports to support commercial decision-making. * Serve as the trusted Market Specialist and Consultant for customers. **Requirements** * University degree in Marketing, Architecture, Civil/Industrial/Commercial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in commercial roles and customer management. * 5 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Retail. (Desirable) * Experience in the construction industry. (Desirable) * Knowledge of Product Management.
