




We are seeking a Senior Planning Professional with solid experience in engineering, construction, and industrial assembly, capable of operating strategically and operationally in the management of corporate schedules, costs, resources, and cash flows. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects and in corporate business environments and proposals, with proficiency in planning tools and direct interaction with engineering, procurement, finance, and the Project Management Office (PMO). Key Responsibilities Develop, analyze, and control execution and proposal schedules, ensuring technical consistency and feasibility of timelines and costs; Structure and manage the physical and financial Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); Develop and monitor cash flow projections and physical and financial progress curves; Plan and control direct labor resources (DLM), equipment, materials, and subcontracting; Participate in the development of corporate tax and fiscal strategies applied to proposals and projects; Support the corporate PMO in mobilization, supervision, and control of ongoing projects; Consolidate measurement, billing, and project performance data, ensuring the integrity of reported information; Prepare managerial and executive reports for presentation to the board of directors and decision-making committees (Executive Committee); Contribute to the development of corporate planning systems and methodologies; Support the corporate and business development department in the feasibility analysis of new projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related field). At least 10 years of experience in industrial and corporate project planning within engineering, construction, and EPC companies. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of SAP and cost control and billing tools. Experience in industrial installation, piping, electromechanical equipment, and commissioning. Knowledge of cost management, resource histograms, and service measurement. Intermediate to advanced English is desirable. Desired Profile: Strategic and systemic business vision.
