




We are looking for a profile who will proactively work on identifying, attracting, and securing key talent for critical operational positions across the organization's various field service projects (FSE & LCS). Responsibilities: Execution of personnel selection processes for temporary, contract, and permanent roles. Organize personnel files to be delivered to the Human Resources Administration department. Maintain and update talent databases, prioritizing critical and high-demand profiles. Implement proactive recruitment strategies for key roles in current and future projects. Establish agreements with universities, institutes, and training centers to create partnerships and access graduate databases. Identify sources of specialized talent and proactively contact key candidates for service roles. Monitor key recruitment indicators such as time-to-fill, hiring quality, and internal customer satisfaction. Utilize digital platforms, systems, and data intelligence tools to optimize attraction and selection processes. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection process, from initial contact to onboarding. Coordinate with the accreditation team to map projections of new personnel demand for services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the role or having performed similar functions in companies within the sector. (Mandatory) Knowledge of psychological assessments. Advanced-level proficiency in Excel. (Essential) Solid knowledge of ATS. Knowledge of labor legislation. (Desirable) Intermediate English proficiency.
