We create **natural fiber** for a **better future.** Ensure the integration and operational control of the supply chain through inventory coordination, analysis of key performance indicators, and monitoring of strategic projects, acting as a liaison between departments to guarantee efficiency, achievement of service and cost objectives, and availability of reliable information for decision-making. The role promotes process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational safety within SAP and WMS environments. * Ensure accuracy of inventory records and timely availability of information to meet production and dispatch commitments. * Centralize and monitor supply chain performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities. * Coordinate and execute continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, space optimization, and report digitalization. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years in similar positions or areas related to supply chain (Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, or Inventory Control). **Specific knowledge:** * Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 22000, 14001 and OHSAS 18001\), BPM and HACCP. * Experience in supply chain indicator management and analysis. * Experience in planning and executing inventory counts (cycle and physical) and reconciliations. * Proficiency in reports and control dashboards. * Desirable experience in continuous improvement or digitalization projects within supply chain. **Computer skills:** * Intermediate level Excel (mandatory) * Power BI or data analysis tools for KPI tracking (mandatory) * Intermediate SAP system knowledge, modules MM, WM or PP (desirable) * **Contract type:** Permanent. * **Location:** Los Olivos, Lima \- Peru. \#LI\-JR1 \#LI\-ONSITE **At CMPC we promote a culture of inclusion and diversity,** people-centered, fostering respect and equal opportunities.
