Tender Analyst

Job Summary: This role involves preparing tenders and supporting documents, as well as monitoring contracts and letters of guarantee to ensure compliance and acquisition of new clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the preparation of tenders to acquire new clients. 2. Collaborate with the commercial team in addressing inquiries regarding services. 3. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—and form part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Prepare tenders to meet requirements and acquire new clients. * Review and prepare supporting documents for Terms of Reference (TDR) and tenders. * Provide immediate support to the commercial team regarding inquiries and service-related information through tenders. * Monitor client letters of guarantee. * Monitor client contracts. * Monitor tender-related KPIs for the department. * Review and prepare supporting documents for homologations to which we apply. * Other duties assigned that are inherent to the position. **Requirements** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of management systems is desirable. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in procurement/tendering processes with government and private sectors. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Corporate partnership agreements. * Applicable SGS benefits.
