**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** **Location:** Pueblo Libre **Modality:** Service location (option for MYPE payroll based on performance) **Remuneration:** S/ 1,300 – S/ 1,500 depending on experience **Position Description** At CNSIC, a company specialized in technological and telecommunications solutions, we are seeking a responsible, organized Warehouse Supervisor with leadership skills to lead the team and optimize logistical processes. The role aims to ensure proper management, control, and distribution of materials and equipment, maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities. * Organize the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment. * Control physical and digital inventories, ensuring accuracy and traceability. * Prepare stock, movement, and restocking requirement reports. * Coordinate with logistics, operations, and project departments to ensure resource availability. * Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety. * Make timely decisions regarding incidents or material shortages. * Propose improvements in inventory control and management processes. * Provide field support when necessary, verifying material delivery or receipt. * Be available to travel outside the base and perform field tasks, even outside regular working hours. * In such cases, CNSIC evaluates non-monetary compensatory measures (such as additional rest periods or equivalent benefits). **Requirements** * Technical degree or graduate in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control. * Experience supervising operational personnel. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and digital control tools. * Knowledge of logistical procedures and handling of shipping guides. * Leadership, decision-making, and effective communication skills. * Availability for fieldwork and extended working hours as operationally required. * Competencies valued at CNSIC * Organization and planning. * Leadership and teamwork. * Results orientation and problem-solving. * Responsibility and commitment to operations. **Conditions** * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, fixed day off on Sundays. * **Location:** Based in Pueblo Libre, with travel to various locations in Lima as operationally needed.
