




**ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **FUNCTIONS:** * Record purchases and sales. * Prepare tax settlements. * Bank reconciliations. * File company's PDT and PLAME declarations. * Enter information into CONCAR. * Generate tax and withholding payments. * Generate report submissions as required by the immediate supervisor. * Record bank reconciliations. * Assist in the Accounting Closing. * Review Operations documents. * Other functions that management may assign. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing university studies in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. * 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting roles. * **Knowledge:** Taxation, accounting systems (PLAME, CONCAR), bank reconciliations, Collections, invoicing, and reconciliation. * **Skills:** Leadership, teamwork, and time management. **BENEFITS:** * Enrollment in **regular payroll** with all statutory benefits from the first day. * Job stability in a solid and growing company. * Timely payment and opportunities for professional development.
