Position Summary: We are seeking an Advertising Assistant to support the design, video editing, and graphic material creation for social media, websites, and events, ensuring visual quality. Key Highlights: 1. Support in designing and editing videos for social media and corporate profiles. 2. Collaboration in designing merchandising and printed materials for campaigns. 3. Participation in developing concepts for new advertising campaigns. Hayex Technology SAC, a company dedicated to the distribution and marketing of comprehensive networking and communications solutions, is seeking an **ADVERTISING ASSISTANT**: **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support in designing and/or editing daily posts on fanpages and corporate profiles: infographics, product flyers, promotional videos, seminars, workshops, etc. * Ensure designs are adaptable to various formats and resolutions for use across multiple platforms. * Collaborate in design testing and review of materials to ensure quality and accuracy of produced visual elements. * Support in designing merchandising and printed materials requested for campaigns or other events. * Take photographs and/or record videos at various events where Hayex participates, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences, etc. * Produce requested materials for the company website. * Support in designing various graphic pieces for the communications plan, institutional identity, and branding. * Distribute graphic assets across the company’s various channels. * Participate in developing concepts for new campaigns. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS**: **Education**: Technical diploma or degree in Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields. **Training**: Intermediate or advanced proficiency in software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Capcut is desirable. **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience as a designer or assistant in an advertising agency or corporate group, preferably in telecommunications or related fields. Direct payroll placement with all statutory benefits; company operates under the General Regime. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
