This is how we develop mining—always adapting to change with committed, inspired, and continuously growing professionals. **Join Nexa and become part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#WomenTalentInMining** **Responsibilities and Attributes** * Prepare and monitor reports for the Management and Maintenance departments. * Coordinate and control maintenance staff attendance (shift schedules, overtime, shift changes, compensations, vacations, etc.) in the Spring system. * Generate and manage maintenance indicators. * Verify and record confirmation of maintenance service completion. * Monitor maintenance costs and departmental expenses. * Update management and maintenance department documentation (ISO, Safety, SGVM). * Record supply requests from Management and maintenance areas. * Register service and material purchase requests for maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles within the maintenance area. * Knowledge of document processing procedures. * Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with SAP and Spring systems. * Knowledge of statistics. * Experience: drafting documents, reports, presentations; strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities. **Additional Information** * Unit: Cajamarquilla * On-site work mode * Commuter buses are provided At NEXA, we work in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
