




We are currently looking for the best talent to fill the position of **Accounting Assistant** with organizational skills, responsibility, and teamwork abilities for our pharmaceutical office **LABPHARMA** located in Miraflores. **Requirements:** * Technical graduate, university student, or in the final cycles of an Accounting program. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative and accounting roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel). * Knowledge of accounting topics and sales, purchase records. * Competence in change management and administrative processes. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in managing administrative and accounting documents. * Review tax settlement status, prepare budgets, etc. * Provide support in preparing reports, tables, and presentations. * Review and classify payment receipts, vouchers, and accounting documents. * Monitor and record petty cash transactions and employee and operational department expense reimbursements. * Prepare accounting statements and reports for submission or review by the Accountant. * Perform quotations based on customer requests. * Verify the validity and tax compliance of received documents. * Serve as intermediary between external accounting and the company. * Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. **Benefits:** * Timely payments * Corporate discounts * Career advancement opportunities Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site
