





**REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. \- 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection within the textile industry (mandatory). \- Intermediate level proficiency in Office software. \- Availability to conduct fieldwork (flyering, mass recruitment events, etc.). \- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. \- Availability to work full-time from Monday to Saturday. \- Willingness to work at our Puente Piedra location. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Assist in posting job openings on various recruitment platforms. \- Support in reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, interviews, and administering psychological tests. \- Assist in resume filtering and scheduling candidate interviews based on job profiles. \- Assist in conducting competency-based interviews and group dynamics. \- Fulfill recruitment and selection tasks for various positions. \- Manage employee onboarding and maintain updated databases. \- Perform other activities supporting personnel recruitment and administrative tasks (induction, follow-up, etc.). **BENEFITS** \- Opportunities for professional development. \- Market-competitive salary. \- Positive work environment. \- Formal employment with all statutory benefits. \- 60% meal subsidy.
