**Civil Works Resident – Electrical Substations** **Company:** UNITELEC S.A.C. **Modality:** On-site **Availability:** Immediate **Description:** We are currently seeking a **licensed and qualified Civil Engineer** to serve as **Civil Works Resident** on **high-voltage electrical substation projects**. The professional will be responsible for the **planning, execution, and technical, economic, and quality control** of civil works, ensuring compliance with the project's **scope, costs, schedules, and safety standards** established by the company and client. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, direct, and supervise the execution of civil works (foundations, drainage systems, conduits, buildings, platforms, etc.). * Monitor the physical and financial progress of the project, ensuring adherence to the **work plan, budget, and schedule.** * Oversee the project’s **Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality plans.** * Manage **human resources, materials, and equipment,** optimizing their use. * Prepare and reconcile **progress valuations, technical reports, and status updates.** * Proactively coordinate with the **client, site personnel, and technical staff** to achieve project objectives. * Comply with and enforce company policies and regulations. **Requirements:** * **Licensed and qualified Civil Engineer.** * **Minimum of 3 years of experience** in the construction of **high-voltage electrical substations.** *(Essential)* * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and office software tools.** * Knowledge of **BIM (Revit/Navisworks)** and **Project Management (PMI, PMBOK or PMP)** is desirable. * Familiarity with **reading technical drawings, project documentation, and electrical regulations (SEIN, OSINERGMIN, IEC, IEEE).** * Availability to work under a **project-based employment regime.** **Skills and Competencies:** Leadership, negotiation, organization, effective communication, conflict resolution, proactivity, discipline, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to safety and quality. **We Offer:** * **Remuneration:** S/ 6,000 – S/ 9,000 depending on experience. * **Payroll inclusion with statutory benefits.** * **Accommodation, meals, and transportation** provided for projects outside Lima. * Professional development opportunities in energy sector projects. **Send your CV and salary expectations to:** **lparedes@unitelec.com.pe** **Subject:** *Civil Works Resident – Substation* Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.6,000\.00 \- S/.9,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
