We are seeking personnel to fill the position of **Cleaning and Maintenance Worker** in a building located in **Jesús Maria**, preferably **MALE** candidates aged between 20 and 45 years, serious individuals, productive and responsible, who live nearby or in adjacent areas, with immediate availability. **Functions:** * Ensure that all areas remain clean. * Guarantee the building's appearance and upkeep. * Assist in maintaining both internal and external environments. **Schedule:** * 8-hour shifts with one day off per week **Additional Information:** * Uniform, photo ID, and job orientation will be provided on the first day. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits according to the REMYPE regime. * Monthly salary deposited directly into a payroll account. * 15 days of vacation annually. * Enrollment in AFP or ONP and insurance. * Payroll registration from the first day. * Health insurance covered by the company (SIS MICROEMPRESAS). * Life insurance as mandated by law.
