At Diverticenter, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive **Commercial Assistant** with excellent communication skills to support the sales team in customer management, follow-up on business opportunities, and administrative tasks. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Advertising, or Marketing * Sales experience * Intermediate level of Office software skills * One year of experience in sales, marketing, or similar roles **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Meet sales targets and performance indicators across various business lines * Conduct promotional visits to clients and company sales points * Promote, sell, and develop the company's products and business lines * Identify new customers and markets * Execute prospecting plans * Supervise marketing/social media activities, product training, and product displays * Implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns * Keep clients informed about new products and promotions * Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking * Analyze sales results and commercial intelligence data * Develop business partnerships * Comply with Internal Work Regulations, Internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, as well as any measures resulting from workplace accident investigations in their work area * Perform work activities focused on ensuring process quality, complying with standards established by the integrated management system * Perform other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Offered salary: 1800: Base salary S/ 1,700 + S/ 100 * Additionally, bonuses up to S/ 300 * Micro payroll Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. \- 6:30 p.m. * 2 Saturdays per month: 8:30 a.m. \- 12:30 p.m. Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site
