





**Minimum Requirements:** * Student, graduate, or with incomplete technical and/or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Secretarial, and/or related fields * 1 year of experience performing similar duties * Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills required * Intermediate English level (desirable) * 3 positions available for on-site work in San Isidro and Santiago de Surco, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Desired Competencies:** * Proactive, self-initiated, and responsible * Positive attitude and flexibility * Excellent verbal and written communication * Punctuality and respect **Responsibilities:** * Attend to and receive internal and external personnel * Control and file company documents * Operate the telephone switchboard, transferring calls to the appropriate users and keeping contact numbers updated * Monitor and record visits using Excel spreadsheets * Assist the building administrator with tasks such as collection calls, billing, coordination with suppliers, filing organization, etc. * Other duties as requested by immediate supervisor Job type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,500.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you reside? * What are your salary expectations?
