A Peruvian company specialized in consulting and certification of international standards ISO and BASC is looking for a **DIGITAL MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION ASSISTANT** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS**: * Education in Audiovisual Communication, Digital Marketing, Advertising or related fields (not exclusive). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing. * Experience managing digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads). * Experience using automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho or others). * Experience in B2B customer service (Essential). * Proficiency in editing software: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar. **WORKING CONDITIONS**: * Location: San Isidro * Work mode: Hybrid (1 or 2 times per week) * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Content production: record and edit videos, design graphic materials, and adapt content for different formats (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). * Apply audiovisual storytelling aligned with brand strategy. * Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. * Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS) and generate performance reports. * Manage content calendar and social media postings. * Implement SEO and email marketing strategies to attract prospects organically. * Conduct active searches on LinkedIn and other sources to generate outbound contacts. * Manage and nurture leads within the CRM. * Apply lead qualification criteria (interest, profile, timing). * Coordinate handover of qualified leads to the sales team and support proposal preparation. * Research digital trends and propose new marketing initiatives. * Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
