The company LOGIXTAL, in the logistics and transportation sector with over 15 years of national management experience, is seeking a Distribution Assistant for the Lima Central Zone **Functions:** * Tracking and coordination of delivery and/or pickup of products for telecommunications and financial companies. * Assistance and support to the motorcycle team by zone. * On-site and route-based control of mass equipment. **Requirements:** * Experience in related roles within telecommunications companies (minimum 3 months). * Experience in related positions (traffic coordinator, route coordinator, logistics assistant), minimum 6 months of experience. * Work experience supervising personnel. * Availability to work at our Lima Central - Centro Civico office. * Willingness to work Monday-Sunday with a weekday off. * Willingness to work rotating shifts (Essential), between 7am and 9pm (within this timeframe, 8 working hours plus break will be assigned). * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge (Essential). * Tolerance for working under pressure. **Benefits:** * Full payroll from the first day of employment. * Base salary S/ 1130 + 500 bonus. * Career advancement opportunities. * Constant training. * Positive work environment. * Biweekly and monthly payments.
