Manufacturing company is seeking Glass Production Operators who meet the following requirements: \- Experience in production (glass handling) \- Work certificates proving experience \- Must reside in areas adjacent to the district of Callao RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Inspect raw materials before starting the cutting process. \- Cut flat glass according to measurements indicated on the label, verifying against the blueprint. \- Cut glass into shapes (templates) according to measurements and diagram on the blueprint, and verify using computer. \- Perform cutting using a batch optimized by the plant assistant. \- Deliver processed product, meeting all quality requirements according to technical standards. \- Clean the cutting table as established in internal work regulations and then register it in the SICAN system. \- Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery. \- Train new personnel, explaining existing risks. \- Organize production blueprints in consecutive order and by thickness. \- Inspect glass quality and verify correspondence with label and production blueprint. \- Mark production blueprint details onto the glass. \- Inspect that material is in good condition for assembly. \- Assemble glass pieces inside the laminating chamber according to the production blueprint. \- Perform pre-lamination of glass using rollers. \- Carry out the hermetic sealing process in the autoclave. \- Comply with Integrated Safety standards and procedures. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned work areas. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
