The company seeks to hire (01) Kitchen Assistant to provide support in food preparation and production, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and service-time standards in high-volume operations. **- RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in food preparation according to the daily plan. * Prepare rice dishes and soups in bulk. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Assist in meal portioning and distribution. * Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. **- WORK CONDITIONS:** * Compensation: S/ 1,200 base + S/ 100 mobility allowance. * Work modality: On-site. **- REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant. * Experience in concessionaires or high-volume production restaurants. * Knowledge of bulk rice and soup preparation. * Knowledge of and ability to apply GMP. * Studies in gastronomy or practical training. * Availability for rotating shifts. **- SHIFTS:** * 7:00 am – 4:00 pm * 11:00 am – 8:00 pm * 7:00 pm – 5:00 am (includes overtime).
