Currently, we are seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** to join our team in **Lima** and contribute to the smooth operation of culinary activities at our venues: **Palais Cocktail, Palais Rooftop and Raza**. **Position Objective** Provide support to the kitchen team in food and utensil preparation, cleaning, and organization, ensuring quality, order, and compliance with the Group's standards. **Responsibilities** * Assist in **ingredient preparation** and mise en place for service. * Maintain **cleanliness, organization, and disinfection** of workstations and utensils. * Help in **dish preparation** under the chef's supervision. * Follow established **food hygiene and safety protocols**. * Collaborate in **product storage and rotation**, ensuring freshness and proper preservation of ingredients. * Provide support during peak service hours. **Requirements** * Minimum of **6 months of experience in kitchens or related areas**. * Basic knowledge of **food handling**. * **Proactive attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills.** * Availability for **night shifts**. **Schedule (Night Shift)** * **Monday to Wednesday:** 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. * **Thursday:** 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. * **Friday and Saturday:** 5:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. **Benefits** * **Salary:** S/ 1,600 – S/ 1,800. * **Meals covered** during the shift. * **Inclusion in microenterprise payroll** (insurance, life insurance, vacations, contributions). * **Positive work environment and opportunities for growth** within the group. * **Special discounts** at our venues. **Location:** Av.
