If you are a committed individual, enjoy teamwork, and want to become part of our **VAPE STATION** family, this is your opportunity. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in similar roles** within retail or distribution. * Basic knowledge of **Odoo or ERP systems**, inventory control, and shipping documents. * Proficiency with Office tools (basic to intermediate level in Excel). * Availability to travel between stores or delivery points. * Ability to work under pressure, with organization and responsibility. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the **receiving, storage, and dispatch** of products and supplies. * Verify the **accuracy of orders** and report any discrepancies in quantities, packaging, or damaged items. * Execute **distribution routes** to sales points according to the daily schedule. * Keep the **stock movement records** updated in the Odoo system. * Coordinate with **purchasing and operations teams** to ensure timely restocking. * Assist in **preparing e-commerce and wholesale orders**. * Comply with **safety, organization, and cleanliness** standards in the warehouse. * Support cyclic and general inventory counts. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday onsite from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm remotely.
