





Administrative and Managerial Secretary **Location:** Tarapoto (On-site) **Availability:** Immediate **Reports to:** Management Direction **Job Mission Provide direct support to the Administrative Direction in hiring processes, general coordination, and internal administration. Will be responsible for ensuring the office remains organized, staff onboarding processes run smoothly, and administrative tasks are completed on time. **Responsibilities** * Post and **r**epost job vacancies daily. * Screen CVs, conduct pre-interviews, and coordinate final interviews. * Prepare documentation and follow up on hiring procedures. * Coordinate induction, access setup, and onboarding deliveries for new staff. * Provide direct support to management: scheduling, emails, documents, reminders. * Maintain checklists and keep hiring records updated. * Ensure office organization, functionality, and general supplies. * Coordinate administrative tasks with finance, operations, legal, and other departments. * Assist with day-to-day operational tasks: suppliers, requests, digital filing. **Required Profile** * Technical degree or university graduate in Administration, Psychology, HR, or related fields. * **Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel recruitment.** * Experience as an assistant, executive secretary, or similar roles. * Familiarity with job platforms and social media. * Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. * Proficient in Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and basic office tools. * **Proactive individual, problem-solver, with strong coordination ability.** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
