We are looking for someone passionate about beauty, digital content, and brand growth. **Responsibilities** * Propose creative ideas for digital content aligned with the brand. * Coordinate production and recording of content with internal teams and external agencies. * Manage publication calendar and schedule content on social networks. * Monitor and respond to messages/comments on all social platforms. * Coordinate with the advertising agency and track campaign performance. * Manage marketing budget allocated to each platform. * Produce reports on results, insights, and KPIs. * Supervise proper execution of commercial campaigns: launches, promotions, events. * Support email marketing campaigns: content, dispatches, and segmentation. * Write communication materials: copies, scripts, web texts. * Assist in influencer management and relationships with creators. * Ensure brand consistency across all channels. * Review basic website UX: product appearance, collections, campaign implementation, etc. * Support content upload and SEO optimization within Shopify. **Requirements** * Previous work experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce. * Knowledge of social networks, primarily TikTok and Instagram. * Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics (desirable). * Excellent writing and written communication skills (dynamic, youthful, and commercial tone). * Basic design skills (Canva or others). * Genuine interest in beauty, hairtech, skincare, and digital trends. * Problem-solving profile, organized, and results-oriented mindset. **What we value** * Creative thinking + proactivity + attention to detail * Passion for learning and growing with an expanding brand * Positive energy, problem-solving attitude, and customer focus **Work Mode** On-site at C.C.
