WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PASTRY ASSISTANT We are looking for a **Pastry Assistant** with a passion for gastronomy and eagerness to learn and grow within a professional team. **Main Responsibilities:** · Support in the daily production of desserts and base preparations. · Weighing and portioning ingredients according to technical sheets. · Basic product assembly and decoration. · Cleaning and organization of the work area (GMP). · Assistance with inventory and ingredient receiving. **Requirements:** · Student or graduate in gastronomy / pastry (technical degree or short courses). · Organized, responsible, and good time management skills. · Previous experience in kitchen or pastry preferred (not mandatory). · Availability for **in-person** work at our production workshop in Magdalena. **Working Hours:** Full-time **Work Mode:** In-person Job type: Full-time Work Location: On-site position
