





Our company is looking for outstanding professionals for the position of Planning Specialist – NEC4 Contract for the design stage of a major road project. Lima \- Huaraz **Academic Background:** * **Degree in Civil Engineering / Transportation Engineering / Road Engineering / Industrial Engineering**. **Professional Experience:** * **Minimum of 6 years as a licensed professional.** * **Minimum of 3 years' experience** as a Planning and Scheduling Specialist, Planning Engineer, Scheduling Manager, Planning Engineer, Construction Control Engineer, or Construction Monitoring Officer **in road construction projects**, including construction, creation, improvement, expansion, recovery, reconstruction, adaptation, rehabilitation, remodeling, or renewal of national, departmental roads with rigid and/or flexible pavements, including interventions such as local roads, collector roads, arterial roads, expressways, interchanges, underpasses, road infrastructure, bridges, ecoducts, viaducts, rural roads, access roads, highways, and bypass roads. * **Demonstrated participation in at least two (02\) road construction or improvement projects**, in the capacity of planning lead or specialist, responsible for preparation, monitoring, and updating of construction schedules. * **Evidence of participation in at least two (02\) road projects involving scheduling and control using Primavera P6 software**. * Desirable experience in definitive design projects or pre-investment studies (feasibility or profile) for road works. **Additional Studies:** * Postgraduate studies or specialization in Project Management, Planning, or Road Infrastructure. * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent (desirable). **Required Technical Skills:** * Preparation, control, and updating of construction schedules focusing on contractual deadlines, contractual milestones, technical and administrative constraints. * Proficiency with tools such as “S” curves, resource histograms, critical paths, physical progress analysis, and monthly valuations. * Application of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies for physical-financial control, including performance tracking and productivity analysis. * Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 software for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing construction programs. * Preparation of short-term schedules (look ahead) and deviation analysis against baseline. * Technical knowledge of main construction processes in road works: earthworks, structures, pavements, drainage, traffic signage, and road safety. * Knowledge of collaborative contracts under the NEC4 ECC standard (desirable Option D), including management tools such as Early Warnings, Compensation Events, and Time Impact Analysis (TIA). * Up-to-date knowledge of current technical regulations, including MTC's DG\-2018 and the National Building Regulation – RNE. * Familiarity with regulations and procedures of the Peruvian public sector: MTC, DGIT, DGPM, OSCE. * Prior experience in projects executed under public funding schemes: PIP, INVIERTE.PE, or others managed by PCM. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for developing the project execution development plan during the project design phase. * Collaboration in multidisciplinary teamwork. **Work Location:** Lima \- Huaraz Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
