




We are currently seeking the best talent for the position of **RECEPTIONIST** for one of our partners in the district of **SAN BARTOLO**, who will ensure efficient and courteous service to visitors. **Functions:** Carry out the check-in and check-out process by applying established policies and procedures. Attend to guest requests. Handle and resolve guest complaints. Answer incoming internal and external phone calls to the hotel. Manage, create, and confirm reservations. Perform additional tasks as required by your direct supervisor. **Requirements:** Technical or university degree, or final-year student in administration, secretarial studies, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions within the hospitality industry. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
