Requirements: \- Availability to work on-site and rotate among different stores in metropolitan Lima when required. \- Own laptop or mobile phone. \- Availability to work on a short-term project basis. \- Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. \- Payment via service invoice. \- Degree in Psychology, Administration, Selection or related fields. Responsibilities: 1\. Posting job vacancies. 2\. Managing the selection process. 3\. Creating Excel lists of apprentice enrollments. 4\. Following up with stores to verify where candidates are missing. 5\. Conducting in-person interviews as requested by stores. 6\. Searching for applicants through various platforms.
