




A company dedicated to the entertainment industry is currently seeking a professional for the position of Store Assistant who wishes to join our team at our location in Jockey Plaza. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree, graduate, or ongoing studies in Technical or University programs in Business Administration, Hotel Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience managing and supervising personnel, at least 10 people. * Experience in inventory control. * Experience in customer service. * Availability to work from Monday to Sunday. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the execution of customer service in the store and all areas involving customer flow. * Ensure compliance with service protocols, cleanliness, and staff presentation standards. * Provide support to the administrative area in operational tasks: closings, inventories, reports, supplier payments. * Identify and report operational incidents in real time. * Assist in the induction and training of new employees. * Supervise the proper use of equipment, materials, and store assets. * Ensure the maintenance of customer experience standards. * Conduct operational rounds and checklists per shift. * Coordinate and communicate all operations within the store. * Cover shifts when necessary. **WE OFFER:** * Employment under Microenterprise payroll * Market-competitive salary * Free admission for you and your family Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have availability to work from Monday to Sundays within the schedule range of 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with 1 day off on a rotating schedule? * What district do you currently reside in? * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have knowledge in cash register balancing? * Do you have experience managing store locations? * Are you willing to work under Microenterprise payroll?
