Job Summary: RMD Peru is seeking a Welding Operator to fabricate and assemble metal structures, playground equipment, and other products, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications and deadlines. Support in machinery maintenance and continuous process improvement **RMD Peru** is a subsidiary of RMD Spain with over 25 years of experience, manufacturing products for sports surfaces and children's playgrounds. We are currently seeking a Welding Operator! **Requirements:** * Gender: Male **(Non-exclusive)** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school * No police record * Minimum 01 year of experience in this position or similar roles * Preference for candidates residing in the northern cone or areas adjacent to the district of Comas **(Non-exclusive)** * Proficiency in operating angle grinders, drills, or other tools **Responsibilities:** * Perform welding tasks according to project requirements. * Prepare materials, assemble, weld, grind, and polish metal parts and structures. * Fabricate and assemble metal structures, playground equipment, and other products per each project’s specifications, following blueprints, designs, and established technical instructions. * Meet scheduled timelines for fabrication, assembly, and delivery of assigned metal structures, playground equipment, and other products, in accordance with project planning and requirements. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and tools. * Fabricate bollard structures and other products required by various departments within the company. * Use assigned tools, equipment, and materials correctly, ensuring their proper care and preservation. * Identify production process failures and propose or implement actions contributing to production improvement. * Install projects when required. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety conditions in the work area. * Comply with company internal rules, policies, and procedures. * Carry out tasks and instructions assigned by the immediate supervisor **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:21 PM (45-minute break) **Compensation:** * Base salary: S/ 1,200 \+ bonuses (attendance, transportation, and meal allowance) **We Offer:** * Payroll employment contract from day one * All statutory benefits under the General Regime * Productivity bonus (overtime pay) * SCTR insurance (pension and health) * Statutory life insurance * A paid day off on your name day **NOTE:** Interested candidates may ***CONTACT US AND/OR SUBMIT THEIR DOCUMENTED CV TO INDEED THROUGH THIS PLATFORM*** Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,199\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Application question(s): * Years of experience in this position * Current district of residence and age Work location: On-site employment
