Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Cleaning and Maintenance Assistant to maintain order and cleanliness in work areas on construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations At **AyA Edificaciones**, we are looking for a **CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** to join our team on a project located in **MAGDALENA DEL MAR, LIMA**. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum of **6 months** experience in cleaning, maintenance, or general services (experience in construction sites is preferred). * Basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations. * Responsible, punctual, and committed individual. * Availability to work from **Monday to Saturday**. Responsibilities: * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Clean floors, spaces, and common areas on site. * Perform assigned tasks in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning tasks as required. * Carry out other duties assigned by the Site Resident or immediate supervisor. **Location:** Magdalena del Mar, Lima **Salary:** S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month **Schedule:** Site-based Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in cleaning or maintenance tasks? * Have you previously worked on construction sites? * Would you have any difficulty commuting to the district where the project is located? * What is your salary expectation? * Are you available to start immediately?
