What requirements do you need to meet? Completed secondary education. Be of legal age (18 years old). Valid identification documents. Intermediate level of English language proficiency (English screening will be conducted via phone). Availability to work in Surco. (ON-SITE WORK) Availability for training from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for 8 weeks. Availability to work 48 weekly hours from Monday to Sunday (with one rotating day off) within the following shifts: 8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM 9:00 AM \- 5:45 PM 10:00 AM \- 7:00 PM 3:00 PM \- 12:00 AM (Return transportation provided) **Your main challenges as a \#Teleperformer will be:** Providing customer service to users of an online fundraising platform that allows individuals and organizations to request and receive donations for various causes, managing chats in English while maintaining a professional and respectful attitude. Demonstrating strong comprehension and use of the English language through customer support. Demonstrating knowledge and proper use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
