




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare dishes in various kitchen areas, following established recipes and maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area. Key Highlights: 1. One day off between Monday and Thursday. Available schedule: Monday: 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM Tuesday: 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM Wednesday: Day off Thursday: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM Friday: 5:00 PM to 12:30 AM Saturday: 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM Sunday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM Requirements: \- Culinary studies, minimum 3 months \- Cooking experience, minimum 3 months. \- Valid official documents. \- Must be of legal age. Reside in Comas or Carabayllo. As close as possible to Urb. San Felipe (for convenient access to public transportation after work). If you have personal mobility (linear motorcycle or bicycle), applicants residing in Puente Piedra, San Martín de Porres, or Los Olivos are also welcome. Responsibilities: \- Prepare daily mise en place. \- Prepare dishes in grill, sandwich, salad, stir-fry, and rotisserie oven areas, following recipes and established presentation standards. \- Carry out and verify cleaning, disinfection, and organization of equipment and tools in the area according to health and safety regulations. \- Conduct daily inventory of supplies in the work area. Benefits: Base salary of S/.1,130.00 plus a bonus ranging from S/.100.00 to S/.700.00 based on education level and work experience. Salary is calculated for 48 weekly hours.
