Growth opportunities within the gastronomic group We are Puerto 260, currently searching for a committed individual with aspirations for professional development to fill the position of: **Kitchen Assistant at Puerto 260 Restaurant** **What Are We Looking For in You?** * Minimum 1 year of experience preparing cold and hot dishes. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with one rotating day off. * Availability to work in Central Lima. **What Challenges Await You?** * Properly prepare and present all types of hot and cold dishes. * Verify and maintain the proper functioning of assigned equipment. * Manage storage and production of supplies. * Organize necessary supplies and utensils for dish preparation (Mise en Place). * Perform cleaning and disinfection of your work area. **What Do We Offer?** * Lunch covered by the restaurant. * Training on our brands and products. * Opportunities for growth within the gastronomic group. * Formal employment registration (all statutory benefits \- medium-sized enterprise).
