Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area We are looking for a proactive **Plant Assistant** with strong willingness to integrate into our production team. The ideal candidate must have completed secondary education and preferably possess experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate in plant production and maintenance tasks. * Assist in handling and using hand tools. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Follow supervisor instructions to ensure operational efficiency. * Participate in support activities for general plant operations. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Age between 25 and 40 years. * Availability to work full-time on-site. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing plants is preferred. * Experience using hand tools is preferred.
