We Are Looking for a Store Manager** At Diverticenter, a leader in family entertainment, we are seeking a **Store Manager** who shares our mission of creating unforgettable experiences for both our customers and our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure optimal store operations by adhering to cleanliness, service, and safety standards. * Supervise, train, evaluate, and manage operational staff. * Prepare and submit company-mandated reports (operational, commercial, administrative). * Comply with the company’s Process Manual and Internal Work Regulations. * Address, resolve, and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints. * Perform cash reconciliation and balancing. * Manage inventory control. * Achieve sales targets. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** EDUCATION: Technical or university degree in Administration, Finance, Psychology, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (e.g., Responsible Person, Store Manager, Coordinator, and/or Supervisor). COMPETENCIES: Leadership, planning, teamwork, proactivity, responsibility, customer orientation. **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM (48 hours per week, with one weekday off). * Microenterprise payroll (2 annual bonuses as gratifications). Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
