We are looking for a young and proactive assistant to join our paragliding school. No previous experience is required: we offer full training. We are seeking willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and enjoyment of outdoor work. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist with pilot takeoff and landing. * Provide support to students during their experience at the school. * Help organize the storage area and maintain equipment. **Requirements:** * Part-time availability (preferably living nearby or in Miraflores). * Interest in learning about paragliding and adventure sports. * Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities. * Collaborative and responsible attitude. **We Offer:** * Prior training in all tasks. * Opportunity to learn about paragliding and handling specialized equipment.
