




Law firm is seeking to hire a CALL CENTER COLLECTIONS MANAGER with experience managing portfolios in the financial sector (banks) and others. **Main Responsibilities:** * Propose payment alternatives. * Contact assigned customers via telephone. * Identify payment opportunities and maximize recovery. **What do we offer?** * Earnings above minimum wage + commissions * Short training sessions included as working days. * Timely payments, mid-month and month-end (two payments per month) **What are we looking for?** * Completed secondary education with technical or higher studies. * Minimum 6 months of experience in call centers for banking institutions. * Basic user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication skills, dynamic, team-oriented, goal-focused. * Immediate availability. * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (non-holidays) Job type: Full-time Salary: From S/.1,300.00 per month Work location: On-site
