We are looking for a highly motivated **Collections Advisor** with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have solid knowledge of collection techniques, and demonstrate strong ability to effectively negotiate payment agreements. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaborate closely with other teams within the organization. **Responsibilities** * Manage and follow up on accounts receivable. * Negotiate and agree on payment plans with customers. * Make phone calls and send emails to customers to remind them of their pending payments. * Maintain accurate records of all collection activities. **Requirements** * Graduate in Business Administration or related field. * Experience in collections management or call center. * Responsible individuals between 20 to 40 years old. * **100% onsite work in Lince.** * **Immediate availability required.** Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,250.00 per month Workplace: Onsite employment
