**Collection Agent** **Aventus Group** is expanding its operations to Peru and we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented **Collection Agent** to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills, as well as **call center experience** and proficiency with **CRM systems**. **Responsibilities** * Manage and execute collection strategies for delinquent accounts. * Contact customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve debt issues. * Document all customer interactions in the CRM system. * Meet established collection targets. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of collection policies and procedures. **Requirements** * Proven experience in collections. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with CRM systems. * Call center experience.
